The decor of the hotel was absolutely lovely, with vibrant colors and beautiful artwork throughout. It made me feel like I was truly in Vietnam! The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax and socialize. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The elevator was a great help, making it easy for me to navigate the different floors of the hotel without any trouble.
I would have loved to see more staff members available to assist the guests, especially senior citizens like myself. Having more staff on hand would ensure faster response to any needs or emergencies that may arise.

Always return to this place. Friendly staff gave me great tips during my first stay. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, A/C, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for my city breaks. Won't stay anywhere else!

Almost Perfect
Who needs a common room to socialize? Not me! And only one toilet?

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always reminding us to take care of our belongings. The rooms were clean and spacious, making it easy for us to pack our shopping items. The location of the hotel was ideal, being in the city center and close to popular attractions.
There were a few issues during our stay. there was no jug kettle in the room, which made it difficult for us as backpackers who prefer simple breakfast options.

Staying at this hostel was like having my very own mini Zen Plaza! The room was a haven of relaxation, with the rain showerhead soothing my tired muscles after a day of exploring cultural highlights. Free WiFi kept me connected, and the 24-hour front desk made me feel like a VIP with their prompt service. I even had my own personal currency exchange right at my fingertips. Truly a delightful experience!
AC location not strategic.

The value for money at this hostel was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to popular attractions like Ben Thành Market and Notre Dame Cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and assisting us with our needs.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have more variety in the food options.

The rooms at Ben Thanh Hostel Saigon were perfect for a beach lover like me. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and the free WiFi made it easy to stay connected. The shower/tub combo with rainfall showerheads was a luxurious touch, and the slippers made me feel right at home.
Personally, I found the free WiFi a bit slow at times, but hey, it's all subjective! Others might still enjoy it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating all our requests. They allowed us to check in and out at 12pm, stored our luggage after check out, and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. the property is new, so it has clean and modern finishes. We stayed in a private room with a private bathroom, which was excellent for guests with disabilities.
Felt so relaxed, nothing to complain about.
